301 HTTP redirect after phpBB2 => vBulletin import!

Divvy imported his phpBB2 forums to vBulletin 3.7. he wanted to redirect all old topic links to the new ones. He tried to use Jerry’s hack, but unfortunately he had a problem! it didn’t work! The reason is he used to have a hack called phpBB SEO. which Jerry’s doesn’t support.
So I’ve written a hack which will work in Devvy’s condition and redirect old URLs to the new vBulletin ones.
Redirected URLs include: posts, threads (with pagination), forums (with pagination), categories and members.
His website works great now, and all guests coming from search engines are redirected to the right new URL.
Devvy’s website has special materials which may be offensive to some people, so I won’t list it here.
