Guests Can See First Page Only!

Nick who prefers not to mention his website had contacted me asking for this hack.
Basically he wanted to replace the pagination links in showthread pages with a phrase that motivates guests to register at his forum.
On the first page:

On the other Pages:
Further Pages
For the sake of keywords, the thread title replaces the “1” in the link to the first page.
He didn’t want to prevent guests from accessing any further pages if they come from Google or they know the URL, but he also wanted to add the meta tag “noindex,follow” to the header of other pages, so search engines won’t index those pages in the future.
